What is HandsMediaCo?

HandsMediaCo is a creative studio specializing in creative content for hotels, vacation destinations, and luxury brands.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We’ll go wherever the project is. We’re available worldwide.

Who do you work with?

We work with hotels and resorts, tourism boards, vacation rentals and unique stays, and brands focused on travel, outdoor, and lifestyle.

What will I get?

Unique, custom-curated content you can use right away, optimized for all of your favorite social media platforms, your website, and booking pages.

What do you need from me to get started?

Just a short brief: where the property or project is, who it’s for, what you have in mind, and your timeline. A link to your website or listing helps too.

What does it cost, and how do I book?

Every project is different, so we quote from your brief. Scope, travel, and licensing all affect the number. Send the details through the contact form and we’ll get back to you with a plan and a quote.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We ask for a 50% deposit to hold your dates, with the balance due before the final files are delivered. The exact terms are spelled out in your quote.

Who can use the photos and films?

You can. Every project includes a commercial license for your own marketing, like your website, booking pages, social media, and press. We keep the copyright, and anything beyond that, like use by a third party or in paid advertising, can be added to the quote.

Can you shoot while guests are there?

Yes. We can work around your guests and daily operations. For rooms, empty and freshly prepared is ideal, so we’ll plan the schedule together.

Are you insured?

Yes, we’re licensed and insured.

Do you do stay-for-content collaborations?

Have a unique space? Tell us about the property and we’ll see if it’s a good fit.
